Mabiara Magara, a farmers group from Kashai ward Bukoba Municipality visited TARI Maruku with aim of learning good agricultural practices of banana, beans, and cassava production and securing improved seeds. The farmers' group has 50 members (20 male and 30 female), it was represented to the center by 10 members and councilor of Kashai ward Hon. Ramadhani R. Kambuga. They satisfied by the training content quality they were offered and requested for backstopping training to their fields, a request which was granted by TARI Maruku Manager, Dr. John Sariah
