About TARI Hombolo
TARI Hombolo centre is one of the 17 research centres comprising Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI). It was established in the year 1972, the centre is mandated to undertake research on Sorghum and Millets ranging from agronomy, breeding, protection, post - harvest processing/value addition.The centre is located at Dodoma city 46 km from city centre along Dar es Salaam road.
