TARI STAFFS ARE CHEERED TO COLLABORATE

The Administration and Human Resources Manager from the Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) Ediltruda Maseko has encouraged TARI staffs especially from the Selian center to collaborate with each other in the implementation of their duties.

Maseko gave this opinion at the end of the week during the training on various topics organized by TARI headquarters while emphasizing the employees to work hard and increase creativity.

"I congratulate TARI Selian workers, you are doing well, you also need to develop teamwork and taking care for each other, don't stop working hard  and even outside of work life, don't be lazy and look for small activities to increase your income", explained Maseko.

On his part, the Centre Director for TARI Selian Dr. Nicholaus Kuboja, has said that the training on various public services conducts provided by headquarter will help improve the performance of employees.

"We have been given this knowledge, I believe it will help us in our daily activities and I thank these leaders for bringing us this training, we have benefited a lot from it and our promise is to implement everything we acquired today", said  Dr. Kuboja

In addition, HR Officers from TARI headquarters Grace Sylvanus together with Ediltruda Maseko have provided training on the basics, procedures and ethics of records keeping, the PSSSF member portal system, the Public Services Dress code conduct, the E-Leave system, TARI's personnel structure and procedures for promotions.
