The advancement of knowledge in Tanzania - in the agricultural sector as well as in other sectors – requires a coordinated approach. No institution knows everything, and all depend on each other to create a performative knowledge value chain. The establishment of a National Knowledge Partnership for Agricultural Development is therefore a necessary starting point for the transformation of Tanzania into a knowledge society.
