On May 2, 2025, staff members of TARI-Hombolo gathered for a dinner event in celebration of Workers' Day (May Day). The event also featured a brief ceremony to welcome new employees and to exchange gifts among individual staff members through a 'secret friend' approach. This method requires each employee to have a personal friend, with the aim of strengthening workplace relationships and fostering motivation and commitment in our daily work.
