The best way of controlling pests and diseases affecting cotton plants in the field.

The above picture shows Dr. Paul Sabasi Saidia (left) who is the National cotton coordinator and a researcher at Tanzania Agricultural research Institute (TARI) – Ukiriguru Mwanza showing to farmers the effect of pests and diseases to cotton plants .This happened when he visited cotton farmers on 12.03.2022  at Mwangeza village in Singida region.

Farmers are advised to have timely checkup for pests and diseases affecting cotton in the farm so that they take measures to control them before they get worse. Any delay to realize the onset of pests and diseases to cotton plants in the farm makes the plants weak.
