The 2023 Internal Program Review (IPR) in Lake Zone for the two centres, Ukiriguru and Maluku, took place from 24th to 26th October, 2023 at ELCT women conference Centre in Bukoba. The two-day meeting gathered together more than 55 researchers and invitees from national and international agricultural institutions. It allowed participants to discuss the progress made and challenges encountered in research activities and projects for the year 2022-2023. Moreover, this IPR created a useful platform for mentoring young research especially in research proposal writing and public speeches. The meeting was either meant to share about research funding opportunities between researchers and donors.
