Dr. Abdullah M. Mkiga is senior entomologist at Tanzania Agricultural Research Institute (TARI). Dr. Mkiga was ARPPIS-DAAD doctoral scholar under the project “Strengthening Citrus Production Systems through the Introduction of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Measures for Pests and Diseases in Kenya and Tanzania (SCIPM)”. Dr. Mkiga has more than twelve years working in agricultural entomology. His research areas include biology, ecology and sustainable pest control.
